Oh definitely. I really like my house, and I need to work harder on getting it in livable shape. The trees are starting to turn. It is almost cool enough to do major volunteer-growth trimming.
On the other hand, I've permanently crossed that line into "too many people have died" -- and that flattens holidays for me.
Holidays are really hard when you've had a big loss, and I know you've had a worse one than many of us. Hugs, and hopes that the days will pass quickly.
