Everything she says in that letter rings true, and seems to match the person I saw speak that night. The description of the most popular girl in 8th grade makes sense -- very charismatic and attractive, yet willful, arbitrary, and vindictive if you cross her. She does say in the letter that Palin already hates her for opposing the firing of the librarian, so I think they weren't friends even before she sent this letter out!

Yes, somewhere I read that this woman opposed her election as mayor. However, it's not the personality that I think people need to know about, but the views and the kinds of actions Palin has taken in the past--or maybe that is personality.

Glad to know you! I used to live in the Bay Area and still spend a lot of time there with my sons. Democrats have a better time there than here in SC!
