Happy Canada Day, all you Canadians! I hated to have to leave your wonderful country.


I've been offline the last couple of days--our cable connection got hit in a thunderstorm. It was kind of nice with no phone, TV, or internet...for a while.

I sympathize with your internet/phone/TV difficulties, although my lightning strike only took out cable modem and some nicely vital bits of the desktop. ;-)

Thank you. It is a pretty awesome place. I miss it too.

More places need to get their lines underground. It saves on the outages.
