The magic of preparation must have paid off, because we made it through the night with no power outage. However, the high has been only barely above freezing, so there's still a lot of ice on branches and power lines, and lots of chances for them both to fall. But now I have batteries!
And even more exciting, ( Mop has a litterbox! )
And my yoga studio will open for a couple of hours, so I can catch a class with my favorite of all teachers. Getting a little tire of the house already--I don't see how you folks who have this all the time can stand it. Oh yeah--snow plows and salt! You aren't stuck inside once a flake falls.
