Lydia* came to visit and set up my tin natividad from Oaxaca--as a very dysfunctional group. Joseph and the shepherd are huddled way off in a corner with their backs to the manger, and Mary stands beside them staring off into the distance. On the other side, the dark king wanders away from the manger and another king follows him, beseechingly holding out a present. The angel and the third king are stuck babysitting, accompanied by a sheep.
