I was only 28% weird, couldn't publish that! And I wasn't unique at all. bah. but, we are the intellectuals. That is becoming more and more clear to me now that I have a 17 year old who was raised in a small town living with me. The normalcy of trailer life to her astounds me.

As someone else on my flist pointed out, we're only conventional in context--we'd all be 100% weird in the wider world.

My children also amazed me by adapting well to having one parent on each coast--still married to each other (at the time).
