So today, a little visit to my friendly chiropractor/acupuncturist. Two xrays reveal scoliosis and arthritis (just a bit, but hey, I'm old--I'm entitled). So I have two lovely, popping adjustments--and then 15 minutes of acupuncture and 15 more of heat pad, both with electric muscle stimulants--all costing me $30.

And on Friday I get the same again, plus 30 minute massage, minus xrays, smae price.

Insurance companies are crack.
