I have a hard time indeed with getting away from the emotional outbursts.
The reason I think of mentoring is that I don't think that some people who have money understand how difficult life is for those who don't. Just trying to help someone get foodstamps made me see how hard it is to get to interviews if you don't have a phone or a car.
