I'm trying to decide if it's worth the trouble to register in the Google Books class action settlement. Since the only thing I've published that's made much money is a textbook, I'm doubting that students are trying to use it online. But still, if I can get a few $$ from Google, I'm willing to fill out some forms.
On the other hand, I think the publisher actually has the rights, so guess I'd better check with them first.

Google Books (http://books.google.com/books?id=HUF5x-24JG8C&printsec=frontcover&dq=subject:%22+Literature+%22&as_brr=3&rview=1) and do a search--if your book's digitized, it will show up. If all you find is your title, click on any links near the title, and if it doesn't start showing the text, you haven't been digitized.
