Because tomorrow I don't get to eat at all, and because I was too wiped to cook when Bill first came home, tonight I made lamb korma from a new recipe that involved ground almonds and chili paste (extremely yummy), roast potatoes with garam masala, gingery broccoli, and a sort of meza of tomatoes and cucumbers. Kind of pan-Asian, but very good together, with rich yogurt and a Chilean wine I hadn't had before, Carménère, which was just right.
