I knew there was a reason I was feeling compelled to spend the money for HBO and a DVR.

But what will this do to the chances of ever seeing the final books in the series, like Dances with Dragons?

That sounds very promising--love that director's movies--but I'm still content to wait for the DVDs, because most of everything else on HBO is not for me. I love my DVR, though.

I've resisted HBO for many years, and been OK with DVD's. But there are several things I'm liking now: In Treatment (gruesome as it is), True Blood, and eventually this. Although who knows when?
