This is my day to ask for help. My son wants to get into blogging, and asked me this:
I was thinking of starting a blog, mostly to replace my manually-built game logs.
Is there a place I can learn more about the various tools?
Ideally what I'd like is something that allows me to categorize and organize the various postings and entries - ie, basically have an index or hierarchical table of contents of the various postings. Do any of the options easily support this?
Do any of the LJ clients let you do this? For that matter, can you just do it somehow in LJ? One of his friends has suggested Movable Type--I don't know anything about that, though.
