Apologies for carelessness

A few days back I posted a link to an article on Labyrinths. It was the wrong link, to a very weird anti-Labyrinth page (I would never have thought to oppose them). The correct link is here:

http://www.ashlandweb.com/labyrinth/laby.hist.html

This one is much more interesting, about the occurrence of labyrinths in many cultures, especially Hopi.

Thanks for the update. This article makes a lot more sense.

How did you like the virtual labyrinth (http://www.gratefulness.org/p/labyrinth.cfm) site?

I loved it! Thanks so much. It was more moving (!) than I'd expected, and very centering. And yet I really want to do it with my body. I think using the whole body to follow the path of the mind is part of why I like them.

But that was definitely fine.

I definitely agree that physically walking a labyrinth is more rewarding. I've done it myself a couple of times, and if there were one nearby, I would make it a regular practice.
