I miss my yoga instructor. He was a really good teacher. Intense and a little on the gruff side but still a good teacher. He taught a combination of Bikram and Ashtanga. He even got me to stand on my head! Hadn't done that in ages. When I'm feeling particuarly "health minded" in the mornings, I spend about 15 minutes doing a series of sun salutations and such. Not a bad way to start the day.
