greetings! I Added you to my friends list after reading some of your entries on the Yoga site. It's refreshing to meet someone who isn't 16 and is still alive and vital. I myself am 43 and happily moving along.

i need to start up my yoga classes again. but finding the right teacher is hard when you're set in your ways.
