(no subject)

I've just finished watching BSG 3.4 Owing to complicated relatonships among Netflix, the Post Office, Hurricane Hanna, and me, I probably can't get the next disc for a couple of weeks. Could I watch Razor at this point without being spoiled for the rest of S3? I'm addicted...

Yes, the events of Razor take place during Season Two. No plot giveaways.

Well, there is one... puzzling thing that will possibly make one point near the end of Season Three more puzzling. But the puzzling thing hasn't been fully explained yet in Season Four, so who knows.

Thanks! I got a spoiler for later in S3 just by looking at the cast listing for the movie they just started, so I'm wary.

Where was the cast listing? I'm not sure if I'd read anything as spoilery, though, since parts of the movie are set even before the beginning of the series.

Isn't BSG just frakking amazing? I love this show.
I think you could watch Razor without being spoiled since it's set in S2.

It was here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0991178/news#ni0562029

Maybe I misread a reference to Sol Tigh.

I will! I think I could go back and start at the beginning when I finish. fortunately I'm at a good stopping place (end of Exodus, when everyone has just been rescued from New Caprica).

I started watching the DVDs a few months ago. I really liked season one, but got disgusted after the first half of season 2. Having a lot going on is one thing. But drama for the sake of drama aggravates me after a while. Not sure I want to bother with any more of it.

I slept through a part of S2--too much, as you say. 2.5 and especially the beginning of 3 are much better, I think. You could probably skip into that without getting lost.
